- Resource Database Construction and Maintenance: Establish and update the "Greater China High-Quality Supplier Database" (covering more than 2,000 qualified factories across 12 industries such as electronics, home furnishing, light industry, and machinery) and the "Global Buyer Resource Database" (integrating buyer resources from importers, distributors, and cross-border e-commerce platforms in more than 100 countries) in real-time, and conduct quarterly qualification reviews for enterprises in the database (including business licenses, production licenses, ISO quality system certification, etc.);
- Precise Demand Matching: After receiving customer needs (e.g., overseas buyers need "LED lamps complying with EU CE certification", domestic suppliers seek "Southeast Asian home appliance distributors"), match 3-5 qualified partners through AI algorithm preliminary screening + manual review, and provide detailed information such as their company profiles, product catalogs, and past transaction records;
- Preliminary Risk Control Services: Dispatch professionals with "Factory Inspector Qualification Certificate" to conduct on-site factory inspections at the request of customers, check production equipment, production capacity, quality control processes, etc., and issue a Factory Inspection Report; conduct third-party testing (e.g., SGS, Intertek testing) on samples to ensure products meet customers' quality standards, environmental requirements, and target market regulations;
- Docking Follow-up and Matching: Organize online docking meetings or offline negotiation meetings for both supply and demand sides, assist in sorting out cooperation demands (such as price, delivery cycle, payment method), provide trade term suggestions, and promote the achievement of cooperation intentions;
- Long-term Resource Maintenance: Establish a dynamic rating system for enterprises in the database (based on cooperation satisfaction, performance capacity, product quality and other indicators), regularly recommend matching new resources to high-quality customers, and promote long-term cooperation.
